Second Best is not Good Enough

A visit to Portmeirion
The gardens and village of Portmeirion is one of Wales' most popular attractions A coach full of resident from the Peblig Estate in Caernarfon took a trip to Portmeirion on Saturday 13th June .In the middle of the garden the ornamental pool was a huge success for the youth of Ty Pobol Peblig while others enjoyed a leisurely walk through the forest up to the dog cemetery The forest garden is full of exotic plants, monkey puzzles and rhododendron and lots more Sioned Young from gateways Garden trust took us around the village and told us local history an hour was spent at our leisure which the families had their lunch by the sea. The weather was beautiful and we spent the whole day exploring the beautiful Italian village
Visit to Bodnant Gardens
A visit was arranged by The Gateways Gardens Trust's programme of free garden visits to Bodnant Gardens on the 14th of April.
The garden was establishd in 1845 and has lawns,terraces lillyponds and a beautiful woodlands area offering a variety of trees and plant from the four conners of the world
Bryn Fon and Guest sing in the Galeri
A fantastic night at the Galeri where every one enjoyed themselfs and seven local people sang with Bryn Fon and his band.
The seven local people were Eric,Morwena,Angharad,Carl,Heather,David and Mererid

Pobol Peblig
Pobol Peblig and Peblig Events Committee are the volunteers who develop community projects and run community activities eg fundays, community clean ups, the food coop, community bonfire, gardening, arts & crafts and youth sessions and activities at community house.
